The Tamil period action movie Caption Miller will star Kollywood star Dhanush. It has long been rumoured that Dhanush will soon work with director Arun Matheswaran, and now the movie has been revealed.
The actor-director team’s debut project together will be Captain Miller. The popular Tamil crime action film Rock, starring Vasanth Ravi, and the well-received Saani Kaayidham, starring Keerthy Suresh and Selvaraghavan, were both directed by Arun Matheswaran and were both released on May 6, 2022, on Amazon Prime Video.

The title of the eagerly anticipated movie, Captain Miller, was eventually revealed on Saturday, July 2, 2022. A fascinating whistling sound can be heard in the backdrop of the film’s announcement trailer, which is a minute long. Dhanush appears to be a dacoit who is riding a bike and covering his face with a scarf.

Dhanush will play the title character in Captain Miller, a period action drama movie that is set in the Madras Presidency of the 1930s and 1940s. Produced by Sendhil and Arjun Thyagarajan under the Sathya Jyothi Films label is the high-budget action comedy.
On the technical side, the movie’s camera is being operated by Shreyas Krishan, the editing is being done by Nagooran, and the music and background score are being created by GV Prakash Kumar.
