Kamal Haasan’s next Tamil action thriller film Indian 2 written and directed by Shankar, Indian 2 is a sequel to the 1996 film Indian.
The next sequel’s script was written by B.K. in collaboration with Shankar and was produced by Alliraja Subaskaran for the benefit of Jayamohan, Lakshmi Saravanakumar, and Kabilan Vairamuthu.
The Tamil sci-fi 2.0, the second most expensive movie ever made in India (after RRR), is produced by Aliraja Subaskaran under the umbrella of Lyca Productions.

Indian films The principal part in this movie belongs to the legendary actor Kamal Haasan, who also played Senapati (also known as Indian) and Chandra Bose (also known as Chandra) in the original.
Sukanya Haasan, an actress, will portray the part of his wife Amritvalli. Along with the main actors, Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, and others will play significant roles in the movie. Siddharth most recently appeared in the sci-fi thriller web series Escape Live on Disney+ Hotstar.
Muthu Krishnaswamy, played by seasoned actor Nedumudi Venu, who was also in the first movie, will return. In addition to these performers, the movie also has Bobby Simha, Samuthirakani, Delhi Ganesh, Vennela Kishore, George Marine, Manobala, Satish, Vinod Sagar, and Gulshan Grover in key parts.

Indian 2 Movie Technical Crew Member
Regarding the technical work, Ravi Varman had first agreed to serve as the movie’s cinematographer, but because of delays in the production, he soon committed to Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan. After leaving the project, R. Rathnavelu, who had previously played S.K. and collaborated with Shankar, took his position.
The film is being edited by National Film Award and other award-winning editor A. Sreekar Prasad, and the soundtrack and background score were written by young Tamil musician Anirudh Ravichander, who is the son of Tamil actor Ravi Raghavendra.
