According to the latest information, SS Rajamouli has joined the starcast of Kalki 2898 AD. It is being said that Rajamouli will play a small role in the film. However neither SS Rajamouli nor the makers of Kalki 2928 have officially acknowledged the rumours.
Nag Ashwin’s eagerly awaited sci-fi project got the official title of “Kalki 2898 AD” and debuted at San Diego Comic-Con as the first Indian film to debut in 2023.
The much-awaited, high-profile film starring Prabhas will be released in theaters next year (2024). It is a bilingual film and Pan India will release it worldwide.
Nag Ashwin, who has also written the screenplay for the film, will direct it as his fourth project. The film will star Prabhas in the lead role, whom TFI described as a “darling”.
